RemodelerPro FAQ

We get a lot of questions at RemodelerPro, so we thought we would post a couple of your frequently asked questions and hopefully give you a better idea of how RemodelerPro works (and why you need it).

Do I really need a website and can I really build my own site with RemodelerPro?

You really need a website. Think about it. When was the last time you looked at a phonebook? Do you even know where your phonebook is? One of the great things about the internet is that it is like one gigantic virtual phone book. When someone Google’s “Home Remodelers in Random Town, USA” your business will show up in the results. And what’s even better than showing up? Having a website for potential customers to learn more about your company.

We want to make it easy for you to reach new customers, and every version of RemodelerPro comes with a simple to use website building tool. With RemodelerPro you don’t need to worry about learning code or dealing with web designers. Simply upload your logo, write your content, upload project photos, and you are finished. It really is that simple.

I have several employees and work with a lot of subcontractors will this really make it easier to communicate with them?

RemodelerPro keeps all of your communication in one place and we make it easy to sort and manage your contacts. Easily upload important documents and communicate quickly with key players on each project. Scheduled appointments, additions or changes to the job calendar will generate automatic notification via email or text to everyone working on the job. This will save you a lot of time and keep scheduling errors to a minimum.

What happens if I don’t know how to do something or I can’t get something in RemodelerPro to work?

RemodelerPro comes with a lot useful help features. We have a User’s manual, we offer a couple hours or free training, webinars, technical support, and you can always call us. We want you to have a great experience using RemodelerPro and we are always here to help you solve any problem you might have.
